Two local guys. Ladders, squeegees, and a phone number. Your first clean is just $49 — and if you aren't thrilled, you don't pay a dime. That's it. That's the pitch.
Most window crews send a guy, hand you a $200 invoice, and bounce. We packed the whole thing into a first-clean offer you'd be kinda crazy to turn down.
We keep it honest. Three things, done right, at prices a Salem family or shop owner can actually say yes to.
Inside + out, screens, tracks. Standard Salem single-story in about an hour. Two-story adds a bit.
Downtown shops, cafés, salons. We show up before you open, every week, same time, same grin. Set-and-forget.
Paint flecks, construction dust, landlord breathing down your neck. Pick a time, we'll make it disappear.
Shoot us your address + roughly how many windows. We reply same day, usually within an hour.
Pick a morning or afternoon that works. Next-day slots are usually open. No appointment windows like the cable guy.
On time, with ladders and a smile. Water hookup? Cool. No hookup? We bring our own jug. Done deal.
We walk every window with you. Happy? Venmo, Zelle, or cash. Not happy? You keep your money. Done.
Word of mouth is our whole game. So we made it pay. Refer someone on your street and we cut YOU a break on your next clean, plus theirs.
We'll text you a code the second your neighbor books. Use it whenever. Doesn't expire.
Your neighbor gets the $49 deal for $34. Makes you look like a genius.
Five friends book and your next clean is on us. No catch, no fine print, no "up to 8 windows" nonsense.
Working on it — we're getting set up properly right now with an LLC and general liability coverage. Until that's fully in place, we stick to ground-level residential work and storefronts we can reach safely. If you need proof of insurance before we can work on your place, just ask and we'll send whatever we've got.
Two reasons. One, we're building a book of regulars and word of mouth — every clean is basically marketing for us. Two, we don't have a truck wrap, a call center, or a franchise fee to feed. That overhead has to come from somewhere, and it ain't coming from your wallet.
A window is one glass opening — double-hung counts as one, sliders count as one pane each. Most single-story Salem homes fall inside the 12. If you've got more, we'll just quote you on the spot. No surprise charges.
Standard two-story houses, yes. Three stories, steep roof access, or bucket-truck stuff — not yet. We'll tell you up front if we're the wrong crew for your place and point you to someone who is.
Cash, Venmo, or Zelle. Once the LLC is officially set up, we'll add card payments. No checks (we don't know what those are).
Rain doesn't actually spot windows if they were cleaned properly — it's the dirt on the glass that leaves spots. But if you genuinely feel like the wash was wasted, text us within 48 hours and we'll come redo them free.
All of Salem proper, Keizer, and South Salem. West Salem and out to Turner — yes, no extra charge. Further than that, shoot us a text and we'll see.
Text is fastest. If you're old-school, call. Either way you're on the calendar today.
